  • Breakfast: oats, chia seeds, grapes, protein powder (Rich Roll), cinnamon, mixed frozen berries, almond milk
  • Lunch: mixed rice (white, brown, black rice; peanut; dried Chinese date or jujube), curried red lentil soup (red lentils, onion, garlic, ginger, celery, cumin powder, curry powder, carrot) and seaweed
  • Dinner: corn cob, curried red lentil soup (as above), mixed rice (as above); and tofu, enoki mushroom, Chinese cabbage, coriander.
  • Other: one mandarin, one coffee, one custard apple, one Fuji apple, one avocado and two B12 tablets, and a spoonful of peanut butter before bed.
