Monday – rest

Tuesday – easy LBG + 2 Arbos

Wednesday – 16km TT from top of Black Mountain Peninsula to ‘Top Dog’ and back.

Thursday – Tempo – LBG + 1 Blackie

Friday – easy LBG + 2 Arbos

Saturday – 8 Stromlos, 8 Arbos

Sunday – easy 3 hours exploring – might check out the Majura Parkway bike path / on road bike lane.

Food:

  • Breakfast: oats, grapes, chia seeds, mixed berries, protein powder (Rich Roll), cinnamon powder, almond milk.
  • Lunch: bean chilli (four bean mix, butter bean, tomato paste, italian herbs, cumin powder, chilli powder, zucchini, broccoli), mixed rice (white rice, brown rice, black rice), avocado
  • Dinner: one steamed vegetable bun, mixed rice (white rice, brown rice, black rice in equal proportions); Asian vegetable dish (cloud ear fungus, peanut, wombok cabbage, shiitake mushroom, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper, chilli powder), some bean chilli (four bean mix, butter bean, tomato paste, italian herbs, cumin powder, chilli powder, zucchini, broccoli)
  • Other: three mandarins, two apples, B12 (Rich Roll).

Exercise

  • 1 hour of volleyball. We drew – last game of the season before finals. We’re currently fifth on the ladder.
