Preferred milks, in order:

  1. Vitasoy Calci-Plus – contains the most calcium and B12. I’m not so concerned about the other details (calorie content, macronutrient split, sodium content).
  2. Sanitarium So Good Enriched Soy Milk – same calcium and B12 content as Vitasoy Calci-Plus, but upon comparing the ingredient list, this milk has more artificial things (acidity regulators, corn syrup solids, vegetable emulsifiers)
  3. Blue Diamond Chocolate Almond Milk – tastes great! Not a strong performer for nutritional value, however.

I’ll be alternating between Vitasoy Calci-Plus, Blue Diamond Chocolate Almond Milk, and water to eat with my breakfasts from now on.

Food:

  • Breakfast: oats, grapes, chia seeds, mixed berries, cinnamon powder, soy milk, banana, milled linseed.
  • Lunch: broccoli ‘cheese’ pasta (cauliflower, onion, broccoli, green beans, pasta, nutritional yeast, garlic, turmeric, nutmeg, soy milk, tofu, lemon juice, black pepper, white pepper, Dijon mustard, chickpeas), tofu, cucumber.
  • Dinner: broccoli ‘cheese’ pasta (cauliflower, onion, broccoli, green beans, pasta, nutritional yeast, garlic, turmeric, nutmeg, soy milk, tofu, lemon juice, black pepper, white pepper, Dijon mustard, chickpeas), peas, kale, oyster mushroom, seaweed flakes, chilli oil.
  • Other: four mandarins, one carrot, B12 (Rich Roll).
