Ordered a new winter item – knee warmers – from Wiggle. Should suffice for the colder Canberra temperatures…



  • Breakfast: oats, chia seeds, mixed berries, protein powder (Rich Roll), cinnamon powder, soy milk, milled linseed.
  • Lunch: beetroot salad (beetroot, carrot, bean sprouts, seaweed flakes, King brown mushroom and dressing of soy sauce, maple syrup, lemon juice, miso paste).
  • Dinner: curry chicken (chicken, curry powder, broccoli, potato, sweet potato, green beans) with white rice; pickled garlic, pickled sesame leaf; pickled lotus root; steamed bun (veges and dried shrimp).
  • Other: six mandarins, two coffees.


  • Moderate around LBG with some efforts.
