  • Breakfast: oats, mixed berries, pepitas, milled linseed, soy milk.
  • Lunch: rice, edamame beans, mashed lentils, mashed potato, tomato paste, curry powder, turmeric, lemon juice.
  • Dinner: custard apple.
  • Other: two apples, B12 supplement, soy mocha.

Exercise

  • One hour of volleyball. We drew 1-1.
