I’ve been enjoying the earlier sunrises – all my workouts have been in the morning.
Today was no different: a light bike ride (light because I spent the whole ride behind other riders, therefore being shielded from the wind) on the Lake Burley Griffin bike path.
- Breakfast: baguette, beans, peanut butter, rockmelon
- Lunch: black rice, yellow curried tofu, zucchini
- Dinner: potato omelette, baguette
- Other: noodles, watermelon
