I did a short 30 minute ride today but at full gas, PRE8-10.

At the end of the ride, I sprinted up a short incline, around 20m with 7m elevation.

I felt very sore after the ride and have been feeling the same way all day.

Every time I feel sore I seem to overeat. I’m going to do some research about why this is, and modify something – either my eating or resting routine.

Time for some rest.



  • Breakfast: oats, grapes, soy milk
  • Lunch: red bean soup
  • Dinner: black beans, vietnamese noodles, noodles
  • Other: durian, jack fruit, sakata crackers, pork roll.
