I’ll be spending about 7 days travelling over the next two weeks.

This is a major disruption to my normal routine – work, eat, sleep, workout etc – especially for example like today, when I had to wake up at 5am for a 6.30am flight.

I’ll be trying to fit in a morning run where I can.

  • Breakfast: cookie, orange juice
  • Lunch: salad – carrot, eggplant, beans, rocket, capsicum, chick pea, cucumber etc ($9.50)
  • Dinner: Spanish food – cauliflower, beef, lamb,
  • Other: soy mocha
