4.3km run this morning at a reasonable pace of 4.57min/km. I felt a bit sluggish so just concentrated on keeping an easy tempo and not running outside my comfort zone.
I need to get back into the routine of running 5-6 days a week, so I’ll be slowly ramping up my running over the next few weeks.
Time for a rest now – hopefully up early tomorrow around 6am to catch the sunrise during a morning run.
Food:
- Breakfast: grapes
- Lunch: basmati rice, coriander, sweet potato; bread, vegemite
- Dinner: popcorn; oranges with banana, maple syrup and dessicated coconut; and noodles with tofu, soy sauce and chilli oil.
