Easy pace with lots of stopping to take photos.
I started to fatigue though, and by the end, according to my Fenix 3, my average cadence was around 147 steps per minute.
It needs to be 180-200 steps per minute.
I’ll be concentrating on my cadence more next run.
- Breakfast: persimmon, banana, soy milk, weet-bix
- Lunch: basmati rice, raisin, seaweed flakes, black bean; a bit of sweet potato and onion fried thing with egg
- Dinner: Ethiopian curry
- Other: more persimmons, some jackfruit,
