Didn’t add enough liquid to my chia/oat concoction, and so breakfast was quite unpalatable.
The general approach of chia seed pudding recipes that I’ve seen online is almost a ratio of 1:2 dry:wet ingredients.
I’ll keep this in mind for future batches.
- Breakfast: chia, berries, oats, maple syrup, water
- Lunch: basmati rice with soy bean, peanut green bean, coconut oil; persimmon
- Dinner: vegetables, noodles, wasabi peanuts
- Other: soy mocha, banana bread, persimmons, kit kat
