I have two full bottles of apple cider vinegar that I bought a long time ago.
There are many claimed health benefits about vinegar, though I haven’t read into the research much.
I’m going to consume my way through the two bottles – a tablespoon a day with my morning cup of water.
- Breakfast: basmati rice with jam
- Lunch: basmati rice, sushi, 125g salad leaves
- Dinner: basmati rice, seaweed, egg
- Other: coffee, soy mocha, kit kat, ice cream
