Kiwi fruit are currently in season in Australia, and generally, are available most widely during Autumn and Winter.

It is relatively high in Vitamin C and Vitamin K.

Apparently it is relatively easy to grow, and can thrive in the temperate parts of Australia.

Kiwi fruit also contains an enzyme that can help to tenderise meat.

I’ve been eating a lot of yunmy gold kiwi fruit recently; retailing at my local supermarket for 5 kiwi fruit for $3 AUD.
