Form a smooth dough, roll out and form into balls, and steam for around 10 minutes.


  • two parts self-raising flour
  • one part coconut milk
  • pinch of salt

Tastes great, as a staple with a meal, or a plain bun to nibble on.

Other combinations to try next time will be 2 parts dry : 1 part wet, using oat flour, wholemeal flour, plain water, and some fillings inside the bun.
